Start here: why Career.Coffee now has a place to talk

I'm Victor. I built career.coffee as a job board. It has 33,000 coffee jobs on it, and I've watched hundreds of you apply through it without ever being able to ask the one thing that actually matters: what's it really like there, what do they pay, is that trial shift normal?
Before this I ran a forum for ten years. Ten thousand members, mostly people helping strangers through a hard process. I miss that, and I think coffee needs one.

So: ask the questions you'd ask a colleague mid-shift. Wages, trials, machines, moving cities, whether that certificate is worth it. I read every thread and I answer within a day. If nobody knows, I'll go find someone who does.
