Barista - Ambulant / Weekendhulp (Roermond)

Coffeelovers is a Limburg (NL) coffee-house chain of the Maastricht roaster Maison Blanche Dael (since 1878), with 9 locations: 5 in Maastricht plus Eindhoven, Roermond, Heerlen and Venlo. Specially trained baristas grind fresh beans for every coffee and finish drinks with latte art; it is a daytime business (9:00-18:00, open 7 days). Coffeelovers Roermond is looking for an enthusiastic barista (flexible/on-call and weekend help). Together with your fellow baristas you are the face of Coffeelovers Roermond: serve guests at the bar, handle the till correctly, prepare drinks and surprise guests with latte art, and help keep the bar and all areas clean. Pay follows the Dutch hospitality CAO (horeca CAO) depending on knowledge and experience; SCA training by certified SCA trainers, regular coaching coffee moments with growth opportunities, sports scheme, tennis/padel discounts, bike lease on permanent contract, staff discount on Coffeelovers and Blanche Dael products. You are guest-focused, cheerful, flexible, can work under pressure, have demonstrable barista experience and an affinity with coffee and/or tea.
