Coffee Supreme is a specialty coffee roaster founded in Wellington, New Zealand, with roasteries and teams in Melbourne and Sydney supplying cafés and selling coffee online. Hiring a full-time eCommerce Manager in Melbourne (immediate start), reporting to the Head of eCommerce. Shape pricing, offers, bundling and upsell to lift order value, conversion and margin; support subscription and lifecycle programs with a focus on reducing churn; build and optimise Klaviyo flows (welcome, abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, subscription journeys); apply personalised marketing and AI-driven eCommerce tools; run eCommerce projects end-to-end and maintain the roadmap, coordinating with marketing, wholesale/retail, operations and customer support; brief and manage external developers, Shopify specialists and agencies; QA deliverables before launch and report results.
