A hands-on leader who works alongside café teams while coaching employees, managing store performance and keeping an eye on labor and waste. Responsibilities: oversee day-to-day operation and performance of assigned Phoenix locations; lead, coach and develop store teams; hire, onboard and train employees; oversee scheduling and staffing; monitor KPIs including sales, labor and waste; work with the Retail Operations Manager to grow sales and improve the business; ensure Cartel's standards for service, beverage quality, cleanliness and hospitality.
