Head Barista - Obadiah Tasting Room

Obadiah Coffee is looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead the coffee and customer experience at its Edinburgh roastery tasting room. Take responsibility for day-to-day running of the tasting room on Fridays and Saturdays (8:30am-4:30pm), maintain a consistently high standard of coffee preparation, service and presentation, and lead a small team. Suits an accomplished barista comfortable owning a small hospitality operation; head barista or supervisory experience valued, or an experienced barista ready to step up.
