ソーシャルグッドロースターズは千代田区との協同で 設立された福祉施設（就労継続支援B型）です。 ここでは障がいのある方がコーヒーの仕事を 通じて自立することを支援しています。 障がい者”でも”、できる”作業”ではなく、 コーヒーを通じてひとりひとりが”やりたい” と思う仕事で出会い自信と誇りをもって 働き成長できる機会を提供します。 Social Good Roasters Chiyoda is a Type B facility that supports people with disabilities to become independent in society through coffee work. Not everyone does the same “work,” but each person can work with confidence and pride. We have the work content and environment to become a place where each person can work with confidence and pride, and the staff to support them. Depending on your motivation and experience, we will gradually expand the scope of work you are entrusted with, and eventually you will be able to handle all tasks related to coffee production, service, and sales. In addition, you will acquire the ability to adapt to a variety of tasks so that you can choose the future that you want.
「焙煎」「ブレンド」「製造」「抽出」「接客」など、コーヒーに関するさまざまな仕事があり、一人ひとりの能力や特性に合わせた業務から仕事をスタートします。 意欲と経験に応じて、少しずつお任せする仕事の範囲を拡大していき、いずれはコーヒーの製造・提供・販売に関するすべての業務をこなせるようになることを目指します。 また、将来的には自分が希望する仕事に就労できるよう、さまざまな業務に適応できる力を身につけます。 There are a variety of coffee-related tasks here, such as ‘roasting,’ ‘production,’ ‘extraction,’ and ‘customer service.’ Depending on your motivation and experience, we will gradually expand the range of tasks you are entrusted with, and eventually you will be able to handle all tasks related to the production, serving, and sale of coffee. You will also acquire the ability to adapt to a variety of tasks so that you can choose the future you want.
ハンドソーティング hand sorting
味わいの根幹となる大事な仕事です。輸入した生豆の中に数パーセント含まれる、形や大きさが不揃いな豆や青カビが付着した豆を人の手で丁寧に取り除いていきます。
This is an important job that is the basis of the flavor. A few percent of the green beans, which are natural agricultural products, are carefully removed by hand from beans that are uneven in shape and size or covered with green mold.
焙煎 Roasting
焙煎の世界大会でも使われている焙煎機・GIESENを使って、生豆を焙煎していきます。 The beans are roasted using a Dutch-made roasting machine called GIESEN, which is used in roasting competitions around the world.
商品の製造 Product manufacturing
コーヒーバッグの製造や豆の袋詰めなど、焙煎したコーヒーを商品化する工程です。 This is the process of commercializing the roasted coffee, such as bagging the beans and manufacturing coffee bags.
カッピング Cupping
常にクオリティの高いコーヒーが提供できるよう、焙煎・ブレンドした豆の味や香りをチェックします。 To ensure that we can always provide high quality coffee, we check the taste and aroma of the roasted and blended beans using a method called cupping.
抽出 Extraction
店頭で注文いただいたドリンクを、ハンドドリップやエスプレッソマシンで抽出します。 Drinks ordered at the store are brewed using hand-drip or espresso machines.
接客 Customer service
商品を提供するなどカウンターでの接客を行います。 Serve customers at the counter by offering products.
店舗清掃 Store cleaning
飲食の基本である店頭や店内をはじめ、エスプレッソマシンやグラインダーなどの機器を清掃します。 We clean the basics of food and beverage, including the storefront and inside the restaurant, as well as equipment such as espresso machines and grinders.
EC業務 EC Operations
オンラインストアで販売する商品の梱包、発送業務の補助をしていただきます。 Assist in the packing and shipping of products for sale in the online store.
バリスタや焙煎士などコーヒーの専門技術を持った指導員と、さまざまな福祉サービスに従事してきた経験豊富な支援員が在籍し、それぞれの視点から一人ひとりの成長をサポートします。ここで学びたい熱意と姿勢があれば、コーヒーの製造や接客の経験が無くても大丈夫です。 We have instructors with specialized coffee skills, such as baristas and roasters, as well as experienced support staff who have been engaged in various welfare services, to support each individual’s growth from their own perspective. If you have the enthusiasm and attitude to learn here, you don’t need to have any experience in coffee production or customer service.
