Balzac's Coffee Roasters is hiring a full-time Cafe Supervisor for its UP Express cafe (7 Station St, Toronto). Assist the manager with day-to-day operations: supervise and schedule staff, train the team on customer service, oversee inventory, cash and budgets, maintain food/beverage quality, hygiene and health & safety compliance, and resolve customer issues.
