At the Loveless Cafe, we serve over 500,000 guests per year from all over the world who expect exceptional service every time. We’re looking for upbeat, customer-focused Servers who can keep up, stay sharp, and bring our signature Southern hospitality to life for every guest. If you’re friendly, fast, and know how to make people feel right at home, we want you on our team!
Your Day-to-Day as a Loveless Server:
- Provide exceptional food and drink service to your tables
- Make every guest feel like family with friendly, fast service
- Take orders and use Upserve to ring in checks
- Recommend Southern favorites with confidence (we’ll help you learn the menu!)
- Check IDs, follow alcohol service rules, and keep our guests safe
- Reset tables, handle payments, and maintain a clean, polished dining area
- Communicate with teammates and work together to keep things running smoothly
- Always go the extra mile to exceed guest expectations
- Show up with a great attitude and in uniform - neat, clean, and ready to shine!
You’re a Great Fit If You:
✔ Have previous experience as a server
✔ Are at least 18 years of age or older
✔ Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
✔ Can stand, bend, reach, and move comfortably during a full shift (up to 8-hours)
✔ Can carry 20lb highchairs up to 10 times per shift (on average)
✔ Have strong people skills and enjoy connecting with guests
✔ Have reliable transportation to and from work
✔ Hold a valid ABC Card (or can obtain one)
✔ Have basic computer, math, reading and writing skills
✔ Are dependable, punctual, and willing to work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends & holidays)
