Experience
- At least two years’ retail food service management experience, and be able to cook, bake, prepare and document recipes, do costings, etc.
- Bachelor or associate degree or formal culinary training preferred.
Skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to critically analyze situations.
- Proven ability to achieve results.
- Strong written and verbal communication, analytical, and team management skills.
- Good computer skills and proficiency using Office software including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Good organization and planning skills.
- Must be willing to work in multiple stores by region on Oahu (Honolulu & Kakaako, Pearlridge & Kapolei or Kailua
- Must have own transportation
Pay Range
- Competitive Pay : - $1,250 to $1,610.00 per week
- Starting at $1,250.00/week, with growth opportunities up to $1,610.00/week
