About the Role
Cafe Botanica is looking for friendly, dependable and energetic team members who enjoy helping people and working in a fast-paced café environment. Our Cafe Team Members prepare smoothies, fresh juices, coffee and made-to-order food while providing welcoming, attentive service to every guest. Team members are also responsible for taking orders, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, restocking ingredients and helping the café run smoothly throughout each shift.

Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable service
- Take orders accurately and operate the point-of-sale system
- Prepare smoothies, juices, coffee, bowls, wraps and other menu items
- Follow recipes, food-safety standards and portion guidelines
- Keep counters, equipment, dining areas and workstations clean
- Restock ingredients, cups and supplies
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work efficiently and communicate well with other team members
- Learn the Cafe Botanica menu and answer basic ingredient questions
What We’re Looking For
- Positive, dependable and willing to learn
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Strong customer-service and communication skills
- Able to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Available for a combination of weekday and weekend shifts
- Restaurant, café or customer-service experience is helpful but not required
