Job Description: We are looking for an experienced barista with at least one year of professional experience who is motivated, self-directed, and eager to contribute to a collaborative team. The ideal candidate is passionate about coffee and enjoys creating an exceptional experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso and coffee beverages consistently and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café
- Work collaboratively in a self-directed team environment
- Assist with inventory and daily operations as needed
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience
- Motivated and able to work independently within a team
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Weekend availability preferred
- Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment)
Nice to Have / Plus:
- Experience with latte art
- Food Safety certification, or ability to obtain within 30 days if not already held (if required)
