Job Description: We are seeking a full-time Manager to oversee daily operations, lead our team, and ensure a high-quality guest experience. The ideal candidate is organized, motivated, and capable of managing both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily café operations including food prep, service, and bar areas
- Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain high service standards
- Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations
- Maintain inventory, ordering, and cost control measures
- Handle scheduling, payroll, and operational reporting
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Work collaboratively in a self-directed, fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Prior management experience in a café, restaurant, or similar setting
- Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment)
- Food Safety Manager certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days of employment)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Weekend availability preferred
