Brunch Chef

We're looking for an organised chef who is looking for a part-time weekend role in a busy but fun environment
We're looking for someone who can bring their passion for food and drink to our small, independent café-bar. Ideally, you'll have experience of working in a commercial kitchen already because, as well as making great food, there is a requirement for high standards in food hygiene and managing costs.
We're not a restaurant per se but with a bit of creative flair and great quality ingredients we can still produce delicious homemade food from our very small kitchen.

We're looking for someone to work a minimum of 3 shifts a week (Friday - Sunday) with the option to increase hours by working weekdays too.
Full time will be considered for the right candidate.

Qualifications
- Proven kitchen experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong food preparation and cooking skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Background in hospitality
- Supervisory experience is a plus
- Familiarity with food production processes and serving techniques
Responsibilities
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality meals are served.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and uphold food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to maintain operations.
- Ensure efficient kitchen operations while adhering to restaurant policies and procedures.
Pay and Benefits
- Starting £14.50/hour
- Min. 21 hours/week over three shifts, including weekends
