Kitchen Manager — Back of House

We are looking for an experienced kitchen manager to help lead our fast-paced vegan cafe in La Jolla.
Responsibilities:
- Manage kitchen operations and staff
- Order produce and dry goods
- Schedule team members
- Food preparation and prep leadership
- Baking and desserts (bonus)
- Smoothies, juices and acai bowls
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
- 5+ years managing a cafe or restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in health-focused, vegan, or organic cafe a plus
