Coffee Shop Supervisor

Are you an experienced café supervisor looking for a new challenge? We are looking to recruit a front-of-house supervisor to work within our team at our Newport Market cafe. Flexible working with excellent rate of pay plus gratuities.
This position would suit a supervisor who has a passion for customer service and relishes the chance to contribute their ideas to the café.
- Day to day operation of the venue
- Leading the front-of-house team
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Taking orders, making drinks, and serving tables
- Promotion & advertising through our social media platforms and responding to customer enquiries
To apply for this supervisor job, which involves working five days per week, you should have previous barista and coffee shop experience - ideally at the supervisor or team leader level. You will also need to:
- Be a diligent leader
- Possess an excellent work ethic
- Be creative
- Have great organisational skills
