Role & Responsibilities Ensuring accuracy of night manager’s cash up Following up on discrepancies Recording for accounting purposes Ensuring all cash onsite is accounted for and recorded Processing & filing invoices Chasing up credit notes & statements Maintaining employee information Review CVs submitted and categorise Arranging interviews Ensure that online recruitment questionnaires are updated Monitor and answer emails, phones call and coordinating bookings Minimum Requirements 2-3 years recent and stable experience in a similar position in bar and restaurant operations. Good timekeeping Own transport Self-motivated, ambitious & driven Proficient interpersonal skills and communication abilities Honest and trustworthy reputation Excellent communication and organizational skills Highly responsible & reliable with problem solving skills.
