Hours: 20-30 hours per week, flexible schedule

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and specialty drinks with precision and care
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café to ensure a welcoming environment
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Follow food safety standards and procedures
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth café operations
- Assist in promoting seasonal menu items and special events
Qualifications
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Experience with Clover POS system is a plus
- Strong understanding of retail math principles
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating orders
- Previous experience in a café or food service environment is a plus
