Deine Aufgaben:
- Führung eines kleinen Teams von 7-9 Mitarbeitenden
- Einführung der Mitarbeitenden in alle Prozesse
- Verkauf und Herstellung von Kaffeespezialitäten in Barista-Qualität
- Belegen von Pizzen und Snacks sowie Schulung des Teams
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygienestandards und unternehmerischen Standards
- Eigeninitiative und Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
- Freude am Umgang mit Kund*innen und Kundenbindung
- Tagesabrechnung und Kassenverantwortung
Dein Profil:
- Motivation und Lust auf die Arbeit an einer unserer schönen Locations
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Teamführung, im Verkauf oder in der Gastronomie, insbesondere im Umgang mit Kund*innen
- Sehr gute Barista Skills
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Italienisch ist ein Plus 😉
