Location: Four Square Scotland, 454 Gorgie Road, Edinburgh, EH11 2RN (Head Office), with travel to various locations across Edinburgh Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week, onsite – no hybrid working option Salary: £37,853 per annum

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a key leadership role within our Visiting Support Team, supporting our ambition for people experiencing or at risk of homelessness to have greater choice, stability and opportunities for the future.
Our Visiting Support Team works with people across Edinburgh who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, providing practical, person-centred support to help them access stable housing and successfully sustain their tenancies.
As Service Manager, you will lead and support a team of eight, providing clear direction and effective day-to-day management while ensuring the team delivers a high-quality service to the people we support. You will play an important role in maintaining strong standards, supporting your team and helping the service continue to develop and respond to the needs of the people and communities we work with.
