Housekeeping – Rancho de los Caballeros

Location: Rancho de los Caballeros – Arizona
Description of Duties:
Responsibilities • Clean and service guest suites according to Rancho standards • Make beds and change linens • Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and replenish guest room amenities • Clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas within guest suites • Dusting furniture, fixtures and equipment • Report maintenance concerns and safety hazards promptly • Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas • Ensure all assigned rooms are completed within a timely matter • Deliver exceptional service when interacting with guests • Follow all hotel safety, sanitation, and security procedures • Sweep outside patios • Clean outside/inside windows • Clean outside patio furniture & lighting • Able to operate housekeeping equipment • Strip beds, gather dirty linen and trash. • Refill shower bottle. Shampoo, Conditioner & Body wash • Make sure T.V and phones are working correctly • Coffee pots and glassware are cleaned • Iron cord folded properly • Replacing any wines used and notifying manager • If any equipment breaks notifying manager immediately • Deliver Cribs, Rollaway beds, Playpens & Microwaves with tables to Rooms • Assignment sheet and keys MUST be handed in before leaving property • Re-stock housekeeping carts & linen closet at the end of day • When you are finished with your assignments and other housekeepers need help, you will be expected to help so we can all go home at the same time. • We are a Resort Ranch which means we work while others are on vacation. Please keep this is mind. Any Ranch activities for employees, if on duty must be approved by manager and not interfere with work hours. • A friendly attitude with Co-workers and Guests is expected at all times
