Do you enjoy working with people and providing great customer service? We’re looking for friendly, enthusiastic and reliable Front of House / Waiting Staff to join our restaurant team at Caulders Garden Centre, Cupar .
This is for a full-time position, we’d love to hear from you. As part of our team, you’ll play an important role in creating a warm and welcoming experience for every customer, whether they’re popping in for a coffee, breakfast or lunch.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming customers with a friendly smile.
- Taking food and drink orders efficiently.
- Preparing and serving a range of teas, coffees and other drinks.
- Serving freshly prepared food to our customers.
- Processing customer payments.
- Keeping the restaurant clean, tidy and well presented.
- Working closely with the kitchen and front of house team to deliver excellent service.
- Helping create a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience for every guest.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality role is preferred but not essential.
- A positive, friendly and approachable attitude.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- The ability to work well as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and work in a busy environment.
- Flexibility to work weekends and busy seasonal periods.

Location: Caulders Garden Centre, Eden Valley Business Park, Cupar KY15 4RB Job Type: Full Time Pay: Competitive hourly rate, up to £12.75 per hour (depending on age and experience). Hours: Flexible hours available, including regular weekend working.
