- S/he also works well with routine and repetition and knows the importance of following recipes (and keeping those recipes confidential.)
- Baristas work as a team to make sure everything turns out exactly how our customers expect them to–which is important for brand consistency.
- The ideal candidate must be able to stand on her feet for 3-4 hours at a time and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must have a great attitude.
