The job:
- Ensure the smooth running of the shift
- Work closely with your Store Manager to deliver amazing service every day
- Supervise the activities of team members daily and ensure necessary tasks are
- completed to meet our high standards
- Always be 100% focused on the customer and your team around you
- Being hands-on and leading from the front, committed to developing your team
- Training the team on all aspects of the Supermac’s operations
- Co-ordinate in-store sales and promotions
- To assist the store manager as appropriate in employee relations
Work Environment: Fast-paced, “non-stop” environment. Physically demanding at times due to certain requirements of the business with regards to the level of business, quality of staff, quantity of staff, preparedness for business demands, etc. Certain business volumes necessitate prolonged periods of time without sitting down.
The ideal candidate will possess many of the below attributes:
- Planning & organising
- Problem-solving
- Managing performance
- Excellent operational knowledge of the retail environment.
- Excellent interpersonal relations.
- Excellent understanding of consumer needs.
- Proven track record in achieving agreed targets.
