Sous Chef

Kiln is a busy, modern Middle Eastern kitchen built on freshness, spice, and real craft. We grind our spices daily, chase the best produce we can find, and cook with pace and intent. The room is warm, the plates are handmade, the food is bright and full of life.
We’re looking for a Sous Chef who thrives in that kind of space — someone steady, hungry to learn, and proud of the details. Someone who wants to grow into leadership properly, with discipline and kindness, following the systems that keep Kiln consistent and calm.
You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and owners, supporting both brunch and evening service. This role is for someone who wants to become exceptional: organised, trusted, and respected by the wider team.
