Experienced Barista & Server

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our crew in the Pocket Flat Iron.
You must be customer-service driven and solutions orientated. You love food and speciality coffee! You handle pressure like a boss, multi-task with ease and bring a positivity can-do attitude that not even The -Rona can dampen. You must be eagle-eyed and have a natural flair for hospitality and teamwork. We have high standards, you should too. We put first class service above everything and champion our incredible team who deliver excellent customer service.
The ideal candidates must:
- Have worked as a Barista previously for at least 1 year;
- Have at least 1 year hospitality experience with table service dining;
- Have a passion for speciality coffee and food;
- Be able to consistently deliver honest & approachable customer service to the highest standard;
- Be able to work efficiently whilst under pressure, in a busy environment with a positive approach to problem solving;
- Approach training and learning new skills with an attitude of humility and an enthusiasm for self-improvement;
- Be confident to work independently whilst also being a part of a team, taking pride in making things better together;
- Be well presented and punctual.
Whilst we usually aim to recruit for permanent positions, this is a temporary role with the potential to progress to a more permanent post in the future. Flexibility & availability to work weekends (both Saturday & Sunday) is essential. You must be available to work up to one hour either side of the opening and closing hours.
