Job intro
We are looking for a passionate and motivated full-time Chef. We are offering an immediate start for the right person with no evening working hours. The Zouki Group is a national privately owned company running Cafes located within major hospitals across Australia. Zouki prides itself in providing high quality food and service.
Job Benefits
Predominantly Monday to Friday, 8 hour shift & some weekend work is required
Morning hours
Responsibilities
Follow the food preparation process and any other relative activities as per the guidelines
Follow rotational menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety, quality and portion sizes of the servings
Prepare and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer
Maintain high standards in organising and keeping the stations clean at all times
Maintain HACCP records
Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers
Requirements and skills
