Job Description
Cafe Mary Grace is looking for an Admin OJT to join our engineering team. You will support our Engineering Coordinators, who act as the central link between engineers, technicians, and key departments—tracking work orders, scheduling repairs and maintenance, preparing permits and materials, and keeping reports organized. If you are detail-oriented and proactive, this position is a perfect fit.
Responsibilities
Qualifications and Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program, preferably office or business related
- Minimum of 300 hours
- Proficient in using MS Excel and MS PowerPoint or Canva
- Willing to report on-site to our Head Office in San Martin de Porres, Parañaque City
- Available to start in June 2026.
