JOB SPECIFICATION
Job Title: Barista (key holder) - Full Time or Part Time applications will be considered.
Salary: Competitive salary + plus other benefits
Tenure: Permanent
Hours: We have Full Time hours available however we are open to offering the position to someone on anything between 15 hours and 37.5 hours per week.
We expect that a successful full-time candidate would work Tuesday to Saturday, , however we are open to the idea of two part time candidates dividing up the hours and each working one weekend day.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare and serve a variety of speciality coffee beverages with precision and consistency
Acting as a key holder responsible for either opening or closing the store
- Managing the store when the Head Barista or supervisors aren't on shift
- Take food orders and serve food to customers
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including coffee machines, equipment, and front-of-house areas
- Clear and clean tables promptly, ensuring a welcoming environment for our valued customers
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering any questions they may have about our coffee offerings and food menu
- Uphold high standards of customer service, ensuring every customer leaves satisfied and eager to return
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations and smooth service
- Other duties as required.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
- Outgoing, friendly, and enthusiastic about coffee
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of customers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work weekends and flexibility with scheduling
- Previous barista experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate
