- Operations Management : Ability to oversee all aspects of coffee shop operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and customer service.
- Basic Barista Skills : Proficiency in making a variety of coffee beverages and understanding the art of espresso extraction, milk frothing, latte art, and coffee brewing methods.
- Menu Engineering : Skill in creating and updating a diverse and appealing menu, incorporating performance trends and exploring new coffee trends, seasonal offerings, and specialty drinks.
- Customer Service: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide exceptional customer service, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues or complaints effectively.
