30ML Westerpark is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic barista to join our team. As a barista, you will be responsible for crafting the perfect cup of coffee for our guests, while creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You will work alongside a team of passionate and dedicated colleagues in a lively and dynamic environment.
Job Description:
-Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages to our guests.
-Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that our guests have a memorable experience every time they visit.
-Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety and sanitation procedures.
-Handle cash and other payment methods, ensuring accurate and timely transactions.
-Contribute to the team effort by taking on additional tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
-At least 1 year of experience as a barista, with a passion for coffee and guest service.
-Excellent knowledge of coffee and espresso equipment, including brewing, grinding, and extraction.
-A friendly and outgoing personality, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
-Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.
