What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and other menu items to standard
- Deliver warm, attentive customer service and create a positive guest experience
- Operate POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, seating areas, and equipment
- Restock supplies, receive deliveries, and assist with opening/closing duties
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for coffee and hospitality
- Friendly, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to work efficiently during busy periods
- Barista or food service experience
- Most have open availability
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
