Store Manager

[ COFFEE REPUBLIC – Thai Van Lung] is looking for a store manager who love to share great coffee, pastries/cakes and interesting experience with the customers.
Responsibilities:
Recruit and train baristas and team members, ensuring that all customers have a great experience at all VCR stores.
You will:
- Recruiting and training staff.
- Work with teams to creatively engage customers around, build relationships with existing customers, and welcome new customers.
- Follow up all orders including coffee, food to meet customer requirements well.
- Control inventory, ensure standards & avoid waste of materials.
- Work at the counter, the guest area and connect with the office to stay productive, motivated and improve the quality of daily work.
- Boost your store’s revenue efficiency in the most effective ways.
- Manage the day-to-day operatio of the stores to have a transparent and smooth.
You are:

- To be dedicated, supportive, happy, hospitable and caring person.
- Be ready to assist the customers and the team.
You have:
- Experience in managing of retail, restaurant, hotel.
- Leading a team of more than 8 people is an advantage.
- Love and respect for coffee, good food and good customer experience.
- Flexibility and creativity in solving problems, complaints from customers and negative issues arising from operations; always willing to complete the task.
- Understanding of Profit & Loss reporting implementation and ability to suggest solutions to improve.
- Skills in using Google Docs / Drive tool.
