Cafe Manager

Ritual Cafe, a growing Dubai specialty coffee and dessert brand, needs a cafe manager to run daily operations. The manager oversees staff scheduling, training and performance, tracks budgets, costs and revenue targets, ensures health and hygiene compliance, and handles escalated guest issues. Proven F&B management experience is required. English is required, Arabic is a plus, and UAE experience is preferred.
