Head Barista

Ritual Cafe, a Dubai specialty coffee and dessert concept known for signature espresso drinks, is hiring a head barista. The role leads the barista team on espresso drinks, coaches staff on technique, latte art and recipes, calibrates and maintains espresso machines and grinders, and manages coffee stock and supplier ordering. Previous head or senior barista experience is required.
