Roastery Production Assistant

Olisipo Coffee Roasters is hiring a full-time Roastery Production Assistant for its Lisbon roastery. Duties: fulfilment and dispatch (weighing, bagging, labelling and boxing retail and wholesale orders), tracking and forecasting packaging and stock, helping run cuppings, cleaning roasting and lab equipment, and supporting the production and master roaster with batch prep, green coffee handling and occasional sample roasting and QC tests (moisture, density, roast degree). Requirements: fluent Portuguese and good English, interest in specialty coffee, food-safety awareness, reliability, attention to detail; roastery or barista experience ideal, SCA education preferred.
