Marketing Associate

El Bueno Coffee Roasters is looking for a Marketing Associate to support and execute marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels. This role is ideal for someone creative, organized, and passionate about building brands within the specialty coffee and lifestyle space.

You’ll work closely with the team to manage content, campaigns, collaborations, and brand storytelling while helping strengthen El Bueno’s presence among coffee lovers, cafés, and hospitality partners.

Key Responsibilities
• Support planning and execution of social media and content strategies
• Assist in building El Bueno’s brand presence across B2C and HORECA channels
• Coordinate brand shoots, campaigns, and collaborations
• Support events, tastings, pop-ups, and workshops
• Help manage website updates, campaign tracking, and marketing initiatives
• Work with cafés, partners, and creators to build brand engagement

What We’re Looking For
• Strong interest in marketing, branding, and storytelling
• Familiarity with social media platforms and content planning
• Basic experience with design or content tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
• Interest in coffee, food, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
