Head Barista / Coffee Trainer

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Head Barista / Coffee Trainer to lead coffee quality and training initiatives across partner cafés in New Delhi. This role will focus on maintaining high coffee standards across multiple café locations while also mentoring baristas and conducting structured coffee training programs. The candidate will work closely with café teams to ensure consistency in brewing, service, and coffee knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct barista training sessions and skill-building workshops
• Maintain coffee quality and consistency across partner cafés
• Support café teams with espresso calibration and manual brewing techniques
• Assist with quality control and feedback on brewing practices
• Travel across café locations in Hyderabad to support operations and training
• Collaborate with the roasting team for brewing insights and product feedback

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong understanding of espresso and manual brewing methods
• Prior experience working as a barista trainer or senior barista
• Excellent communication and teaching ability
• Passion for specialty coffee and continuous learning
• Comfortable traveling across Hyderabad regularly
• Ability to speak and understand Telugu is preferred but not mandatory
