Business Development Associate

El Bueno Coffee Roasters is looking for a Business Development Associate to help expand our presence across cafés, hospitality partners, retail channels, and digital platforms. This role will focus on building partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and supporting business initiatives that strengthen El Bueno’s footprint in the specialty coffee ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and develop new café, HORECA, and retail partnerships • Support expansion across e-commerce and quick commerce platforms • Build and manage brand collaborations and influencer partnerships • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and partnership pitches • Support business development initiatives and lead generation • Coordinate with internal teams to execute partnership opportunities • Work with marketing agencies and partners to execute campaigns and brand initiatives • Represent the brand at events, tastings, and industry interactions. What We’re Looking For: • Strong interest in business development, partnerships, and brand growth • Good understanding of marketing and brand building, with the ability to coordinate work with agencies • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • Ability to create and present business proposals and ideas • Organized, proactive, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders • Interest in coffee, hospitality, or food & beverage industry.
