We are looking for a Production Team Member to join our Roastery team at Ibu Sawat. The ideal candidate will assist in the roasting process, ensure quality control, and maintain cleanliness in the workspace. Responsibilities include monitoring roasting profiles, packaging coffee, and supporting the team in daily operations. This position requires a passion for coffee and a willingness to learn.

Experience in coffee production or related field preferred; strong attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
