Logistics & Warehouse Operative

Extract Coffee Roasters, an independent UK coffee roastery based in Bristol, is hiring a Logistics & Warehouse Operative to help keep coffee flowing smoothly from roastery to customer. Duties include receiving and checking incoming deliveries, booking goods into stock, picking, packing and dispatching customer orders, managing stock rotation (FIFO), and operating pallet stackers and forklifts (training provided). No prior coffee experience required, just strong work ethic, reliability and attention to detail; a forklift licence or warehouse/logistics experience is a bonus. Monday-Friday, full time, 40 hours per week. Benefits include 23 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, company pension, wellbeing support and free coffee for home.
