We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at Wildflower. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coffee and customer service, with experience in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Assistant Manager will also assist in training new employees and maintaining inventory levels. Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure are essential.

Experience in a managerial role, strong communication skills, knowledge of coffee preparation and service.
