We are seeking persons with hospitality and/or restaurant experience with excellent organizational and communication skills to serve our exceptional guests at Pearl's Place Restaurant. You must be willing and able to work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment. You must always demonstrate genuine hospitality, while greeting and establishing rapport with our guests, and deliver an exceptional dining experience by: - Communicating personally and professionally - Guiding guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of the food, beverages and ingredients - Taking accurate orders and partnering with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests’ expectations - Providing friendly and attentive service that makes guests feel well taken care of and builds their intent to return - Remaining prepared and willing to follow instructions in all circumstances IMPORTANT NOTE: All applicants must present valid proof of ANSI Accredited Food Handler Training and/or Food Service Manager Certification.
