On- Call Barista

The Aero Bar is a premier mobile bartending and coffee brand focused on quality ingredients and elevated service. We have locations in Nashville, Austin and San Diego and are looking to grow our barista team in Nashville.

**Core Responsibilities:**
- Acknowledge and greet every guest as they approach your bar
- Prepare and serve a selection of espresso and coffee drinks from the menu while ensuring proper techniques according to established recipes and standards.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized service to every guest
- Prep, stock and maintain work station according to company specifications
- Assist with setup and breakdown of events
- Be able to educate guests on the beverages you are serving at each event
- Process cash and credit card payments via Square reader at Cash Bars accurately and efficiency
- Work harmoniously and professionally with the whole Aero Bar team

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- 1- 2 year of barista experience strongly preferred
- Requires attention to detail and problem solving skills, as well as a passion for customer service.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- The ability to stand on your feet for 4+ hours
- The ability to multitask and pay attention to detail
- The ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Basic knowledge of all things coffee and familiarity with standard drink recipes
- Must be available to work early mornings
- This is an on-call position, as it stands we are looking for 1-2 shifts a week
