Responsibilities will vary based on job; they all include (but are not limited to): Guest Service, Ensuring the culture of Just Love is delivered every day, Preparing our food and beverages within our standards, Growing sales through excellent service and community marketing. Must be a self-starter committed to excellence, dependable, coachable, positive, and hard working. Our ideal candidate can multi-task and keep up in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail is important, presentation matters. You must have the ability to listen, be coachable, work as a team and communicate effectively to be successful. Job Type: Full and Part Time openings. Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts every day of the week. Hours of operation: Open Monday – Thursday 6:30 AM – 9PM Friday – Saturday 6:30 AM – Midnight and 6:30AM- 8 PM Sunday. Base compensation is $13.00 – $17.00/hour (depending on experience and job title) plus an average pooled tip of $5/hr. Shifts available weekdays and weekends: 4-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts.
