Roastery Production Assistant

As the Roastery Production Assistant, you’ll play a key part in our daily operations, ensuring orders are packed to the highest standard, stock is well-managed and our workspace is clean, safe, and efficient. Working closely with the roasting and operations team, you’ll support smooth despatch of coffee orders, contribute to continuous improvement and take part in quality-focused tasks, including hands-on training with our roasting equipment. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, self-motivated and eager to learn, combining practical fulfilment responsibilities with opportunities in a growing independent coffee roasting business.
