Kitchen Staff ( Cook / Kitchen Assistant )

We are hiring skilled and reliable Kitchen Staff to prepare high-quality food quickly and efficiently for our drive-in restaurant. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items (burgers, fries, beverages, etc.)
- Ensure food is prepared according to standard recipes and quality guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen
- Manage food preparation time to meet quick service standards
- Monitor stock levels and inform management of shortages
- Follow food safety and sanitation regulations
- Assist in kitchen prep work and cleaning duties
- Work closely with service crew to ensure timely order delivery

Requirements

- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure
- Team player with good coordination skills
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours
