As a part of our team, you'll be the friendly face and coffee guru in our tasting room. You’ll be brewing and serving top-notch coffee like a pro. Become a coffee roasting whiz and chat confidently with customers about our wide array of coffees – from sourcing to roasting. Learn to taste, evaluate and brewing recipes. Deliver exceptional customer service, creating a warm, welcoming space for everyone. Stay organized, be detail-oriented, and bring a thoughtful approach to everything you do. Embrace your inner coffee geek and dive into the world of sourcing, roasting, brewing, and serving. We prefer applicants ready to commit to at least a year of full-time work (32-40 hours per week), but part-time and temporary gigs might be considered too.
