We are looking for a passionate and experienced Shop Manager to lead our team at Tithebarn. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent customer service skills, and a love for coffee and local produce. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, ensuring high standards of customer service, and driving sales. The successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining stock levels, managing budgets, and implementing marketing strategies to promote the shop.

Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, strong leadership skills, knowledge of coffee and local produce.
