Farm Manager

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Farm Manager to oversee our operations at Strawberry Fields. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agriculture, particularly in fruit farming, and will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the farm, including crop management, staff supervision, and ensuring the quality of produce. The Farm Manager will also be involved in planning and implementing farming strategies to maximize yield and efficiency.

Minimum 5 years of experience in farm management, knowledge of sustainable farming practices, strong leadership skills.
