Cafe staff

Our cafe counter is the social heart of the space, and the first place you see when you walk into recess grove. We’re seeking warm, capable people to support behind the counter: preparing food and drink, keeping the cafe flowing, and creating a welcoming rhythm for members and guests alike. This role blends hospitality, multitasking, and care for the creative details that bring the cafe to life.
